This would be the toughest question for most of the students especially those who stay at hostels. 

Want to eat? but does not know how to cook. Want to cook? but no time and transport going out to buy ingredients. This applied to every student especially for those busy doing their final year projects and rushing for assignment due date. Many students complaint; 24 hours is not enough for them to complete multiple tasks  given by their lecturers.

Assignment come, final year project come, midterm test come, presentation as well. Finally, the most headache and tension, final exam is around the corner. Thus, students have no time to think or to do cooking .

There are many popular diets on the market today, but most of them are unhealthy and sometimes even dangerous. How to eat a healthy, balanced diet for life and avoid unhealthy diets? The steps show below:

vegetarian diet can indeed be a balanced one. The secret is to pay attention to the different types of food you need to add into your daily diet and vary them.
